Freaky Dyes

Freaky Dyes. Beautiful, weird, fun, totally hand dyed t-shirts and other items. 

All tie-dye pieces go through a pre-dying process of machine wash and dry, then soaked in a mixture of soda ash and water. We tie the fabric into patterns and once folded they are dyed with dyes from Dharma Company. The dyes come in powder form and are mixed in water here. They are “cold water dyes for natural fibers.” After the piece rests in dye for 24 hours, it is rinsed, machine washed and dried, ironed, tagged and ready for you to enjoy. The colors are vibrant and happy and stay brilliant with regular wear and washing. We recommend machine washing them with like colors in cold water, regular detergent and color safe bleach is optional.
