Groovy Ties & Freaky Dyes is our little artistic sanctuary tucked away in the woodsy outskirts of Lee, Florida. Our home studios overflow with vibrant creativity and the vibes are peaceful and fun within the space as we enjoy the hours it takes to create the painted and tie-dye pieces. We love the surprise and joy of the outcome once the piece dries. We hope you follow along and find that surprise and joy too.

Hi Groovy and Freaky Friends!
It is 2025! It was freezing here. Our studios were too cold to work. But, Hip-hip Hooray! The forecast says we will be warm for days. So back to creating we go!

Though the raw materials are made elsewhere, we create the designs of our own imaginations. John creates the freaky tie dye and Julie creates the groovy painted items and macrame.
