Groovy Ties & Freaky Dyes is our little artistic sanctuary tucked away in the woodsy outskirts of Lee, Florida. Our home studios overflow with vibrant creativity and the vibes are peaceful and fun within the space as we enjoy the hours it takes to create the painted and tie-dye pieces. We love the surprise and joy of the outcome once the piece dries. We hope you follow along and find that surprise and joy too.

Hi Groovy and Freaky Friends!
It is February 2025! Happy New Year! Man, it was freezing here. Our studio's were too cold to work. But, yay, for us and you, the forecast says warm for days. So back to creating we can get which is one of our favorite things.

Though the raw materials are made elsewhere, we create the designs of our own imaginations. John creates the freaky tie dye and Julie creates the groovy painted items and macrame.

We do our best to photograph the products in the best lighting possible to showcase the vibrant and fun colors of every item. However, it is possible the colors are not exactly as the image might show on your device.
