Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Groovy Ties and Freaky Dyes. 

In the event you wish to return an item, this is our 30 day return policy.

The item must be return within 30 days of receipt of the item and it must be in the same condition as when you received it. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot refund original shipping costs, simply because they are handled by a third party shipping provider. 

We will not issue a refund until the item is received by Groovy Ties and Freaky Dyes and checked for wear and tear. 

We will not issue a refund after the stated 30 days. 

If your item is damaged in transit, we'll be happy to give you a refund or replace the item to the best of our ability. Please provide a picture of the damaged item with your request.
