Painting on canvas 6x8 Floating Owl at Night

Owl lovers unite! Personally I love a good owl and this little floating fellow is no joke. He’s cute as all get out sitting on his branch in a crescent moon night. Who can say no.

This is an acrylic painting on canvas. The dimensions are 6x8 inches.
The owl is raised off the canvas about 1/2 an inch on a wire spring fastened to the canvas with super glue.

I use Apple Barrel brand, indoor-outdoor, gloss acrylic paint. I mix my own colors from red, yellow, green and blue. I also use their black and white. I find the colors to be eye popping, easy to blend, and mixes well with pouring medium or water. The colors stay beautiful even in partial sun and rain.
